    20 minutes for a coffee while others who came after me got their coffee before me.

    2 tellers and 2 separate orders wrong due to communication problems. The Manager even lectured 1 teller to call him if she doesn't understand the order. He had to repeat that 3 times to her. They were referring.g to another customer who's order was messed up.
